Obra Inversa nace de la necesidad de un grupo de músicos formados en la música académica de crear un espacio para componer en un lenguaje propio.

"Obra Inversa was born in response to the need of a group of musicians who came from the academic sphere to create a space where they could compose music with their own language. "

De la búsqueda de ese lenguaje surgieron obras que tienen múltiples influencias de la música antigua, popular y contemporánea pero que tienen como eje la no complejidad, la claridad y correspondencia entre texto y música, y la sensación de que siempre los instrumentos y las voces suenan "al lado" del oyente, como si no existiera espacio ni división entre el que toca y el que escucha.

"This quest yielded works that are influenced by a multiplicity of traditions -such as early, popular and contemporary music-,
but whose basis is non-complexity, transparency, a correspondence between text and music, and a feeling that instruments and voices always sound “next” to the listener, as if there were no space or separation between player and audience."

En el año 2005 graban su primer CD en forma independiente "Camino Inverso". En 2008 asociados "Viajero Música", editan su 2do disco titulado "Obra Inversa" que se vende en Argentina, América y Europa.

"In the year 2005, the group recorded independently its first CD, "Camino Inverso". In 2008, in association with the record label "Viajero Música", they released their second CD, called "Obra Inversa", available in Argentina, the Americas and Europe."
